Frequently asked questions
My staff isn't good with computers: is it complicated?
No: we do the setup for you, and the dining room only ever sees one screen — today's bookings. Ten minutes is enough to get the hang of it.
We take bookings by phone, do we really need this?
The phone stays. Riservalo collects bookings when you're closed or mid-service and can't pick up: that's where they get lost.
Will the price go up later?
€29.99 a month is the public price: it can't change in the first 12 months of the contract, and any change requires 90 days' notice. And if it no longer convinces you, you can cancel with no penalties.
Who is behind Riservalo?
A new, independent Italian project. That's why the first month costs €9.99 and there's no lock-in: you try it in service and decide on the ground.
What if I want to stop?
You can cancel at any time with a simple email, with 30 days' notice and no penalties. Your guests' data stays yours and we hand it back.
