Data collected
Name, phone number, optional email and notes, along with the date, time and party size of your booking. The restaurant groups the bookings made with the same phone number into a customer record, where its staff can note what you ask them to remember (for example your favourite table or an allergy). The record and the note are visible only to the restaurant's staff.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used solely to manage your booking (confirmation, any messages about your table, cancellation) and, through the customer record, to recognise you and serve you better on later visits (the restaurant's legitimate interest). Allergies, intolerances or other health information are noted only if you ask, on the basis of your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time by asking the restaurant to delete them. News and offers are sent only if you ticked the dedicated optional box (consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting the restaurant).
Retention
Booking data is kept for as long as needed to manage the service and to meet legal obligations. The customer record and its note are kept until the restaurant deletes them or you ask for them to be deleted.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, including the customer record and note the restaurant keeps about you, by contacting the restaurant directly using the contact details above.

The online booking service is provided through a technical platform that processes data on the restaurant's behalf.
